At Ock7.com, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 7 days from the date of delivery.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- Accessories, if any, must also be returned in the original packaging.
- Products that are custom-made or personalized cannot be returned.
Return Process
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@ock7.com or you have to follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Go to the “My Orders” section and select the order you want to return.
- Click on the “Return” button and fill out the return request form.
- Our customer service team will review your request and get in touch with you within 24 hours.
- Once your return request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email along with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
- Please pack the product securely and send it back to us via a reliable courier service.
- Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 7 days.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
